VINIFICATION: The clusters are de-stemmed and the grapes gently pressed, at a maximum -0,9 atmospheres. The must is clarified through enzymatic settling followed by centrifuging, then ferments with cultured yeasts at 15-17°C; the result is a wine with crisp aromas and a full-flavoured palate

APPEARANCE: Light straw yellow

BOUQUET: Fruity and delicate, with impressions of Golden Delicious apple

PALATE: Generous and soft-textured

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Delicious as an aperitif wine, with charcuterie, vegetable soups and creams and with Mediterranean-style first courses
