VINIFICATION: Grapes crushed, pressed softly. The must is cleared and started to alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-18° C. The refinement takes place in steel containers

APPEARANCE: Intense straw yellow

BOUQUET: Floral scents of white flowers and fruity hints of plum and peach, freshness given by citrus and lemon notes

PALATE: Its characteristic taste is fresh and dry, citrus notes, with a fine, elegant and persistent end

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Superb as aperitif, it partners perfectly with fish in general, with cooked ham and finger food
