PALATE: Crisp, refreshing, and smooth

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent as an aperitif, with vegetable appetisers, vegetable soup, and fish salad. Particularly delicious with asparagus and shrimp, spaghetti with mussels and clams, tagliolini pasta with lobster, and rock crab with ginger
