Vinification: The clusters are de-stemmed and pressed, the must ferments for 7-9 days at a controlled temperature, with regular pumpovers and délestage. The wine is then pressed off and racked into steel tanks for malolactic fermentation and maturation

Appearance: Ruby red with purplish highlights

Bouquet: Fruity, heady and youthful

Palate: Rounded, smooth, refined, and varietally faithful
