Serving suggestions:
Chardonnay Ca’ Bembo makes an outstanding aperitif wine; it partners as well with low-fat fish, with pumpkin or vegetable creams, with scaloppine al marsala, soft cheeses such as stracchino and mozzarella di bufala campana. It is best enjoyed at 10-12°C in medium-sized, tulip-shaped stemware.
