Vinification: The clusters are gently de-stemmed and pressed, and the must ferments with cultured yeasts in steel fermenters at 28-32°C for 9-11 days, with regular pumpovers and délestage. The wine is pressed off and racked into steel tanks for malolactic fermentation and maturation

Bottle ageing: 3-4 months
Appearance: Deep ruby red
Bouquet: Clean-edged, elegant, herbaceous
Palate: Dry, with judicious tannins, delicate grassiness
